IMROS · Infinity OS
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 15, 2026
Who operates this site
This Privacy Policy applies to the public Infinity OS website operated at imros.io and the associated imros-public deployment, including the public Operations Building. The site is operated by Infinite Media Resources (IMR) in connection with Infinity OS, an autonomous venture operating system. References to “IMROS,” “Infinity OS,” “we,” or “us” mean the public Infinity OS surface operated by IMR, not every portfolio venture as a single data controller.
Infinity OS researches, builds, launches, markets, sells, operates, and improves ventures. IMR is the operating organization behind Infinity OS. Portfolio ventures such as OccupancyNPV may collect and use information under their own privacy notices when a person visits or uses those products. This IMROS Privacy Policy is not a substitute for venture-specific privacy policies.
Information users provide
The public Operations Building is observational. It does not require an account and does not ask visitors to create a login to view sanitized operating activity. If a visitor voluntarily contacts IMR, submits a form, or otherwise sends a message, we may receive the name, email address, and message content the visitor chooses to provide. We use that information only to respond, maintain a record of the inquiry, and improve how we handle public communications.
We do not ask the public Operations Building to collect customer identities, prospect lists, affiliate names, commission balances, payment credentials, or private mission details. Those categories belong to private Infinity systems or to individual ventures and are outside this public site.
Technical and browser information
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may automatically receive technical information when a browser requests a page. That information can include IP address, browser type, device type, language, referring URL, requested path, and approximate request time. This information is used to deliver the site, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic. It is not used to publish private HQ state or to identify customers on the public Operations Building.
Cookies
The public IMROS site may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage required to operate the page, maintain security, or remember a basic preference such as reduced-motion compatibility at the browser level. We do not use the public Operations Building as an advertising profile. If additional cookies are introduced for analytics or similar purposes, we will describe them in this policy and, where required, provide a choice.
Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics or hosting metrics to understand how the public site is used, such as which pages are requested and whether the site is available. Analytics, if used, is for operating and improving IMROS. It is not a license to combine public-site metrics with private customer, affiliate, or treasury records for public display.
Contact forms and communications
If IMROS, IMR, or a linked page offers a contact path, messages sent through that path are treated as business correspondence. We may retain the communication long enough to respond, prevent abuse, and keep a record of what was asked. We do not sell those messages. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or confidential customer files through a public contact form.
Linked venture interactions
The public site may link to portfolio ventures, including OccupancyNPV at occupancynpv.com. When a visitor leaves IMROS and uses a venture product, that venture’s own privacy policy, terms, and data practices apply. Infinity OS, IMR, and a portfolio venture are related, but they do not automatically share one identical privacy program. A visitor should read the privacy notice on the venture they actually use.
Hidden or unlaunched ventures are not disclosed on this public site. The absence of a venture from the public Operations Building is not a representation about whether that venture exists privately.
How information is used
We use public-site information to:
- operate, secure, and improve imros.io and the public Operations Building;
- respond to communications a visitor chooses to send;
- understand aggregate availability and usage;
- comply with law and protect the site from abuse; and
- explain, at a public-safe level, how Infinity OS operates.
We do not use the public site to run sales outreach, affiliate payouts, or private financial operations. Public activity shown in the Operations Building is a sanitized projection, not a dump of private HQ state.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and professional service providers to host the site, deliver content, provide security, and, where applicable, process communications. Those providers process information on our instructions or as independent controllers for their own infrastructure logs. We require that public IMROS hosting not be used as a channel to publish private customer, affiliate, or treasury data.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a public informational site, including transport encryption and access controls for private systems that are not part of this page. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. The public Operations Building is designed so that a successful request still cannot reveal private HQ, customer, affiliate, or financial records.
Retention
Technical logs are retained for the period needed to operate, secure, and debug the site, then deleted or aggregated. Contact messages are retained as long as needed to complete the correspondence and maintain ordinary business records. We do not retain public-site analytics as a substitute for private venture customer databases.
Privacy choices
Visitors can decline optional cookies in their browser, use tracking-prevention features, and send do-not-track signals. The public Operations Building does not require an account, so there is no public IMROS customer portal for downloading a private customer file that this site does not keep. To ask a question about this policy, use the contact method below.
Children
The public IMROS site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided information through a contact path, contact us and we will delete it.
U.S. privacy considerations
Depending on residence, a visitor may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to appeal a denial, under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. Because the public site collects little personal information, many requests will concern only a contact message or technical log. We will not discriminate against a visitor for exercising a privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests where the law allows, subject to verification.
International access
The site may be accessed from outside the United States. If so, information may be processed in the United States or in other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection rules than the visitor’s home country. By using the public site, a visitor understands that the site is operated from the United States for an international audience.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as the public site, hosting arrangements, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of imros.io after an update means the revised policy applies to later visits. Material changes that affect how we use contact information will be reflected here rather than hidden in a one-sentence stub.
Contact
Privacy questions about the public IMROS site may be sent to Infinite Media Resources through infinitemediaresources.com. Questions about a specific product, account, payment, or customer file should be sent to that venture through its own published contact and privacy channels.
